Paediatric First Aid

This 12-hour Ofsted approved Level 3 Paediatric First Aid course is suitable for any childcare professionals e.g. nannies, nursery workers, children’s activity providers and early years teachers. It will give you the knowledge and skills to provide the initial treatment for a range of baby and child First Aid conditions and incidents, in a prompt, safe and effective manner. The course is interactive and assessed through both practical scenarios and written questions, and the accredited certificate lasts for three years. The cost also includes a paediatric manual and refreshments.

You can choose the blended option, where the first 6 hours are completed online before spending 6 hours in the classroom on 19th September. Early bird cost is £80 per person. On 19th August it will increase to £90 per person.

Alternatively, if you haven’t completed this course at least once face to face before, it is strongly recommended (but not compulsory) that you choose the non-blended ticket option below and the date for the second 6 hour classroom session will be chosen based on everyone’s availability. Early bird cost is £110 per person. On 19th August it will increase to £120 per person.

The venue is a 20m x 11m hall so there is plenty of space to socially distance. Please see our Covid-19 risk assessment to see the adaptations that will be in place to minimise the chance of any transmission.

There is a large car park, it is a short walk from the train station and also on the Swindon to Salisbury bus route (X5).
