Outdoor First Aid Level 2 (16 hour)
9 June @ 9:00 am - 10 June @ 5:00 pm£70 – £120
Aimed at outdoor professionals and enthusiasts and those who work in remote environments, this Rescue Emergency Care course covers both life-saving skills and also care for more common problems that happen in the outdoors, such as blisters, dehydration and hypothermia. It fulfils the requirements of the major outdoor National Governing Bodies for first aid training (e.g. MLTUK, BCU) and is also suitable for Duke of Edinburgh Award and Scout group leaders.
Click here for a full course description but the main thing I aim to give you on this 16 hour course is the confidence to step forward and help if needed. The course is interactive and assessed through both practicals and outdoor scenarios. The timings are 9am-5pm both days and the cost includes an accredited certificate valid for three years, a manual and drinks.
If you just need an Emergency First Aid at Work course tailored for the outdoors, then please select that ticket option and only attend on day 1.
